Are you coasting to the finish line? Proper fitness is crucial to being a better all-around person. Compare being in good shape to having a fantastic portfolio. It certainly doesn’t happen overnight and there’s a lot of learning involved in order to make better decisions and take proper actions. There’s a fair bit of trial and error involved however if you keep at it you’ll learn the hacks and build the knowledge and perseverance required to produce the results you desire.
Nothing amazing comes easy but if you stay consistent and continue to invest in your health the compound result will be worth it .
