Episode 50!  What a journey it's been so far.  Today I'm riding solo talking about goal setting and how looking back and analyzing progress is the key to achieving fitness goals.  Forget about motivation and all that crap - being driven and obsessed with achieving what you want out of life is the key to success.  

There are 5 areas that I focus on - Fitness, Family, Faith, Finances, and Fun.  All of my goals are built around making improvements in those areas.
