It's episode 100 of the Fit Man Project!  I wanted to have a special guest on today's show to cap off the 100th Episode of the Fit Man Project.  After thinking and deliberating on who to have on, I decided to bring on my best friend, mentor and true brother - Carlton Mack.

Carlton Mack is the author of Redemption, Attributes of Man, and Revelations of Divorce.  As a former security team member for Floyd Mayweather Jr., Drake and numerous other stars, Carlton is no stranger to adversity.  Carlton is also a father to his young son and a gifted communicator who is passionate about sharing his struggles as lessons to others. 

In today's show we talk about Carlton's life changing moments and how they shaped each one of his incredible books.

Coming off a Holiday weekend you might be feeling a bit guilty after enjoying some "unhealthy" food or skipping you normal workouts.  No need to stress because as the saying goes, "one donut won't make you fat and one salad won't make you lean" - one weekend won't make or break you progress.

Or will it?

Maybe we need to stop and realize that we aren't necessarily "off plan" by choosing to enjoy some extra food and drinks.  And maybe we aren't "on track" by punishing ourselves with low calories.  

In today's episode I cover the importance of looking at things from a big picture perspective when it comes to being on track or off track.
